Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from March 1, 2014 to March 1, 2014, worked as a English teacher of D High School in Port C, was a person who has reported child abuse, and the victims are students of the above schools.

1. The Defendant’s physical abuse at around 11:20 on September 5, 2016, the Defendant used the enormous part of the victim E (16 cm) (50.5 cm in length, 1.8 cm in thickness) at approximately 50 times the victim’s ambling, etc. at approximately 2 weeks of treatment; the victim’s ambling at approximately 130 times in the victim’s 7 years of age (16 ambling); the victim’s 7 years of age; the victim’s ambling at 16 years of age; the victim’s ambling at 16 years of age; the victim’s 7 years of age; the victim’s ambling at 16 years of age and 16 years of age; the victim’s ambling at 16 years of age and 16 years of age and 16 years of age and 16 years of age and 7 years of age and 7 years of age and am (16 years of age).

As a result, the Defendant committed physical abuse against children that may injure their body or injure their physical health and development.

2. The defendant's sexual abuse;

A. B. The Defendant’s sexual abuse of the victim V (i.e., sexual abuse of the victim) committed a course for female students in the class of 2th and 7th class of the second grade on Apr. 2015, 2015, the victim V (n.e., sexual abuse of the victim).
