Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a Korean language teacher in the E High School in Busan-gu, Busan-do, and the victimized child F (16 years old), and the victimized child G (16 years old) is a student in the first and third classes of the E High School.

1. Sexual abuse;

A. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) was at the first-class and third-class class class of E High School 1 in Busan (Korean language class hours) on March 2015, 2015; (b) the F (16 years old) who is the victimized child during class (hereinafter “F”) is a graduate; and (c) the F (16 years old) who is the victimized child is above F.

“The victim committed sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, which leads to a sense of sexual humiliation against the victimized child.”

B. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around July 6, 2015, at the first-class and third-class class of the first-class class (Korean language class hours); (b) on July 6, 2015, the word “the first-class class” in class was known to F, a child suffering from the bals, “at the beginning of the first class.”

“The victim committed sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, which leads to a sense of sexual humiliation against the victimized child.”

2. The Defendant committed emotional abuse in the middle of June 2015, on the ground that the victimized child G did not have any ordinary Korean language official book, and on the ground that the victimized child G did not have any ordinary Korean language official book, the said G engaged in emotional abuse, stating that “I do not have any official book-free books, live together, dominate, do not have any official book-free, do so, if I do not have any other students, do not have any other students. I do so soon, and do so, I do not have any emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of the victimized child more than once in total three times, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.”
