가. 폭력행위 등 처벌에 관한 법률위반( 공동 상해) 피고인들은 2018. 1. 9. 17:00 경부터 18:00 경까지 사이에 대구 남구 E에 있는 F가 운영하는 G 식당에서 술에 취해 피해자 H(47 세) 와 시비가 붙어 피고인 A은 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴을 수회 때리고 피해자를 바닥에 넘어뜨려 발로 피해자의 몸을 수회 밟고, 피고인 B은 피해자의 몸을 발로 수회 걷어찼다.

B.
