A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. On February 29, 2020, the Defendant sent 0.082BC (Korean won value of KRW 860,000 at that time) to non-copics through B, bitcos, i.e., the Defendant: (a) around 21:29 on February 29, 2020; (b) around 21:0-23:00-20 on March 14, 202, to purchase marijuana; (c) around 21:00-23:00 on March 14, 202, the Defendant discovered 5 g of marijuana in which the sales volume of narcotics is hidden; (d) around 1:00-23:00-23:0 on March 20, 202, the Defendant reported the sales volume of narcotics to the bitcos’ address in Seoul, using the bitco’s name-based electronic currency and sent it to the address equivalent to 8:0-1:00 on the ccoon.

3) On April 27, 2020, the Defendant sent 0.09651BTC to B, i.e., B, bitco, the sales volume of narcotics, etc., in order to purchase marijuana again from his name-free narcotics sales volume (urg conversation B). Since then Seoul, the Defendant discovered five marijuana in which the sales volume of narcotics is hidden.
