A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has served as a volunteer of the victims in the company of the headquarters of the Marine Corps C.

1. On April 2017, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim’s disease D, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by force, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 1 (1) from around the time to May 3, 2017, to the victim’s disease D (20 years old) where he was sitting in the first half of the first life of the headquarters of the Marine Corps C, E, where he had been seated and viewed on television.

Accordingly, the defendant forced the victim who is a soldier to commit an indecent act.

2. On March 2017, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim DF: (a) the victim’s disease F (20 years old) who was watching television in the second life group of the headquarters of the Marine Corps C, located in E, in the middle and following the end of March 2017.

“The victim’s mhym and rhym, and the victim’s mhym and rhym, and the victim’s mhym and hym from that time to April 2017, committed an indecent act by force, such as the list of crimes (2) in attached Form 2.

Accordingly, the defendant forced the victim who is a soldier to commit an indecent act.

3. On May 5, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim Sick G: (a) brought the victim in a singing room with the Victim Sick G (20 years of age) at H market near the H market; (b) brought the victim in the singing room; and (c) forced the victim to commit an indecent act by having the victim’s her sexual organ in a manner that the victim’s her sexual organ was frightened on his/her part.

Accordingly, the defendant forced the victim who is a soldier to commit an indecent act.
