A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of special violence against sentry in the ordinary military court of the second year association, and the said judgment became final and conclusive around that time.
