Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2009, the Defendants leased the three floors of the Gangnam-gu Seoul E building, Defendant B, to the victim D, under the conditions of deposit of KRW 80 million and monthly rent of KRW 3.6 million, and the victim operated the cosmetic of the trade name “F” at the above location.

1. Defendant A

A. At around 17:00 on March 12, 201, the Defendant, even though there were customers and employees using beauty parlors from around November 2010, on the grounds that the victim did not know monthly rent, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s voice that “I want to gather only one person who sees the house at a high-class beauty room for four months or albbbbbing,” thereby openly insulting the victim, and at the same time interfered with the victim’s beauty room business.

B. On March 14, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around 17:15, in the beauty art room, even though there were customers and employees who use the beauty art room, it would continue to do so without being able to do so; (b) thereby openly insulting the victims, and at the same time, obstructed the victim’s beauty art room business.

다. 피고인은 2011. 3. 21. 19:09경 위 미용실에서, 미용실을 이용하는 손님들과 직원들이 있음에도 피해자에게 “거짓말만 하는 나쁜 년! 돈 떨어내려고 하지. 직원들이 너 보고 뭘 배우겠느냐”라고 소리를 질러 공연히 피해자를 모욕함과 동시에 피해자의 미용실 영업을 방해하였다. 라.

On March 25, 2011, around 19:05, the Defendant, even though there were customers and employees using beauty parlors, had the victim “I do so, I would like to do so. I would like to do so. E. On March 28, 201, the Defendant, at the beauty art room around 19:09, did not state that “the Defendant is closely sealed on the face of a signboard.”
