Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2015, at around 19:12, the Defendant expressed the victim’s voice “D” in front of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D, and publicly insultd the victim by openly insulting the victim at a place where a large number of unspecified people, such as beauty rooms, such as cosmetic customers, on the ground that the victim E does not meet himself/herself.”
