A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On February 7, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison on August 9, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On March 24, 2019, at around 09:29:29, the Defendant driven CM7 car without a vehicle driver’s license from the section of approximately 21 km from the shot-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-si to the shot-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, to the ground parking lot B.

2. Around 10:47 March 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) carried a dangerous object (i.e., “one omitted”, total length 70 cm) and one net (36 cm in total length) in front of the victim’s residence using an elevator using the elevator with the above building, in order to comply with the Defendant’s unilaterally on the ground that the victim D, who was female-friendly fluored fluored fluored fluored fluor B residing in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sung-si, Sungnam-si, unilaterally notified and did not receive contact; and (b) carried a dangerous object (70 cm in total length) and one network (36 cm in length). The Defendant rejected the victim’s house using the above building and the network, on the ground that the victim did not open a door separately, and entered the victim’s house with the front door so that repair expenses incidental to the fluor, and entered the victim’s residence.

3. At around 11:06 on March 24, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s body in his/her hand by carrying with him/her a net, which is a dangerous object, on the ground that the victim was hinging the Defendant at the victim’s home, with the intent of “hing off the hinging of the hing, hinging down the hinging of the hing, and hing down the hinging of the hing.”
