A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim B (56 years of age, women) and the victim B (56 years of age, women) and the victim C (38 years of age, south).

1. On October 21, 2018, around 23:25, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s residence, opened a common gate in Sungnam-si, the victims’ residence D and second floor; and (b) went to the victim’s dwelling gate in the second floor; (c) entered the victim’s residence; and (d) went to the victim’s dwelling gate in the second floor.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

2. Around 22:40 on December 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a public gate of the victim’s residence in Sungnam-si, the victims’ residence; (b) opened the gate of the victim’s residence for about five minutes; (c) opened the gate of the victim’s residence; and (d) opened the gate of the victim’s residence for five minutes; and (d) opened one stop at the police officer’s stop dispatched to the scene; (e) around 23:20 on the same day, the Defendant removed the steel gate (60cc; 3.5cm; 16cm; oly; 16cc; o); (c) opened the gate of the above residence; (d) opened the gate of the victim’s dwelling; and (e) opened the gate of the repair gate of the victim’s dwelling; and (e) opened the 2nd part of the repair gate to the repair gate; and (e) opened the 2nd part of the repair gate.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles into the victims' residence and damaged the victims' property.

3. Around December 17, 2018, the Defendant got a sound to the effect that, in front of the victims’ dwelling situation under Paragraph 2, prior to the victims’ dwelling situation, the victims were “prisoned, dead, fluored, and killed.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened victims.
