The defendant was sentenced to the victim B (mama, 58 years old), and the victim thought that he was inherited by his father's miscarriage, and caused the victim to be frightened.

1. On April 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on April 3, 2019, the Defendant sought KRW 30 million from the victim’s dwelling room located in Chungcheongnam-gun, for the victim’s living expenses since there was no living expenses after being released from the dwelling room; (b) however, the victim refused to do so; (c) caused the victim to commit assault by putting him/her up with a misunderstanding that was made of a fraud that was caused by the victim’s scambood in a number of times, and caused the victim

At around June 5, 2020, the Defendant threatened the victim by making a multiple call to the victim at a time when the victim was under the influence of alcohol at the Japanese Won in Yancheon-si on June 5, 2020, and had been living at the victim’s residence, and by threatening the victim to “I will die and throw away if I will look at the 50 million won from now to now. I will now die. I will see that I will return the taxi if I send KRW 50 million to you. I will return the taxi. I will look at the knife of the knife in and out of the Republic of Korea without giving money.”

3.
