Punishment of the crime

After having agreed on the terms and conditions of commercial sex acts as well as the amount of commercial sex acts as presented by G, etc. at the so-called “Yansan Central East-dong,” and “Yansan-dong, Busan-dong, China-do,” each member’s Internet “F”-based website, the Defendants sent mobile phone numbers and set the time and place to meet with H, which is a juvenile of the so-called “Wannam-do,” which is subject to the so-called “F-do.”

1. On December 31, 2010, the Defendant committed the crime of Defendant A, at the Defendant’s workplace office located in Bupyeong-gu Office No. 15:30, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 102 104, by accessing the so-called “F”-called “F” hosting site to “Yansan Central East-dong,” and making a hosting to meet the conditions with juveniles H (12 years of age) and/or 100,000 won as the price for sexual traffic, and by soliciting the Defendant to buy sex to commit sexual traffic in his/her cell phone calls to determine the time and place of promise.

2. On March 5, 201, from around 18:00 to 22:20, Defendant B promised to give a juvenile H (the age of 13) a price for sexual traffic at KRW 100,00,00 as the price for sexual traffic at the construction site office located in Gangseo-gun Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, as described in paragraph (1), to the juvenile under the same manner as described in paragraph (1), thereby inducing the juvenile to instigate or sell the sex of H, which is a juvenile.

3. Defendant C’s crime

A. On January 27, 201, from around 14:30 to 16:00, the Defendant promised the youth H (12 years of age) to pay the price for sexual traffic at KRW 100,000 as the price for sexual traffic between the two parties, in the same manner as that set forth in paragraph 1, at the trade in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L, Nam-gu L, and solicited the youth to buy the sex or induce the youth to purchase the sex of H.
