Punishment of the crime

1. No person who committed a crime on September 2, 2017 shall induce a child or encourage a child or juvenile to sell sex to a child or juvenile for the purpose of morale of the child or juvenile;

Nevertheless, at around September 2, 2017, the Defendant promised to pay cash and tobacco in return for viewing self-defense to F (V, 16 years old) and G (V, 15 years old), a juvenile, who became aware of in the Defendant’s residence located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, through “E,” which is a smartphone-rating fluor, at around 2017, at the Defendant’s residence. The Defendant promised to pay cash and tobacco to F (V, 16 years old) in return for considering self-defense.

The message sent the text message “to encourage the juvenile to engage in the conduct of selling sex to the juvenile for the purpose of morale of the juvenile.”

2. No person who commits a crime on September 6, 2017 shall purchase child or juvenile sex.

On September 6, 2017, the Defendant contacted juvenile F (hereinafter, 16 years of age) who became aware of, as seen in the foregoing “1, at the G6th female toilet in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and promised to connect the Defendant with SNS “I” and to give cash in return for her self-defense, etc., and provided 50,00 won of the promised cash and 10,000 won of the promised and her self-defense against the said F.
