Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

나. 피해자 F 부분 피고인은 2017. 12.경 전항과 같은 장소에서 휴대전화의 ‘라인’ 대화방을 통하여 아동청소년인 피해자 F에게 “그냥 물어볼게요 ㅈㄱ 가능한지요”라는 문자메시지를 보내는 등 성매매를 요구하였다.

Around 19:00 on January 1, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) committed by the Defendant against the victim B, who is a child or juvenile, at the E convenience store located in Dong-si, Mane-si, and kne-knee-knee-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne

Accordingly, the defendant is a child or juvenile victim.
