A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, C and D are respectively involved.

1. When the driver’s license was revoked and the Defendant was unable to sound a vehicle in his name, the Defendant was willing to sound a vehicle using the F’s driver’s license.

On November 20, 2013, around 17:20, the Defendant entered into a siren agreement with the J, the representative of the IF, in front of the H convenience store located in Kimpo-si G, Kimpo-si on November 20, 2013, and subsequently, the Defendant presented a FF driver’s license in the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, which was in his possession as F, and subsequently used the official document.

2. The Defendant: (a) presented F’s driver’s license to J as stated in Paragraph (1) at the time and place specified in Paragraph (1); (b) had the said J state F’s name in the vehicle lease contract form with a color-shaped pen in the vehicle lease agreement; (c) stated “F at the time of competition interest; L; (d) “N” and “O” in the vehicle resident registration number column; and (e) signed the lessee’s signature column and the driver’s signature column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a vehicle lease contract in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.

3. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph (1), exercised the forged vehicle lease contract as if it were a document with a genuine nature, as described in paragraph (2).

4. On November 26, 2014, at around 00:35, the Defendant operated a car in the Kfol TG without obtaining a driver’s license from the Do in front of the Do in the 75 Ansan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Ansan-si to the pre-road of Q cafeteria P from the Do in the city of Ansan-si to the art plaza in the city of Ansan-si.
