1. The defendant who violated the Resident Registration Act;

A. On February 16, 2013, around 18:15, in order to cover a vehicle in front of the sentiments of D elementary school located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Plaintiff’s resident registration certificate of another person is used unlawfully by presenting the G resident registration certificate to the personnel of the KOF in Man-si, Suwon-si, as G;

B. At around 18:30 on the same day, the police officer of the Suwon-si Police Station I district of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, who seeks to inquire about the Defendant’s driver’s license, presented G’s resident registration certificate to J as G, and used the other person’s resident registration certificate unlawfully.

2. The defendant 1-A to the point of forging private documents and uttering private documents.

In preparation of the vehicle lease contract for the KM5 car at the time and place specified in the paragraph, the above F made the lessee enter the G's personal information into the lessee, enter the lessee's name in the lessee's signature column and sign it next thereto, thereby forging one copy of the vehicle lease contract in the name of G, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and issuing it to F.
