A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. Around 23:00 on March 10, 2018, the Defendant decided to purchase a campacter (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) from a person in the name of contact with C and D, and deposited KRW 300,000 into an account known by the person in the name of the Defendant, and purchased a campopon by means of a single campopon, which is a local mental medicine (hereinafter “philopon”). On March 11, 2018, the Defendant purchased a campopon with an account known by the person in the name of the Defendant.

2. On March 2018, the Defendant: (a) sent to H hotel guest rooms located in Bucheon-si, B with I and D contact using smartphone fluor; (b) provided J with approximately 0.1g of the phiphonephones purchased as above; (c) put about approximately 0.1g of the phiphones into J for single-use, with J at the same location; (d) injected them into a single-use injection machine; and (e) delivered approximately 0.1g of the phiphones to J free of charge in the remaining phiphones.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with J, administered phiphones and delivered phiphones to J.

3. On April 9, 2018, at around 02:00, the Defendant administered a pentter in a manner that puts pentine citizen (the name of the product “path”) into one car parked in the vicinity of the L store located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, by using I in a manner that puts the pentter citizen (the name of the product “path”) who received delivery from the influor female and serves together with water.

4. On April 9, 2018, at around 22:23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intended to purchase a philopon from the nameless person in contact with C and D using N Bank ATM equipment located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon; (b) deposited one million won with an account (O of a national bank) in which the above nameless person was known; and (c) deposited a philopon with an account (O of a national bank) around 23:30 on the same day; and (d) around 20:2.
