Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 2, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 2.40,00 from G, which was known through the “F”, a smartphone-making type application around January 2, 2017, around 18:10, around 18:10, from G around January 2, 2017, and 0.3g of phiphone-phone, which is a local mental medicine, for that purpose, the Defendant saw approximately 0.3g of phiphone-phone, which is a local mental medicine.

2. On April 2017, the Defendant: (a) on April 4, 2017, 201, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in J 201 of Guro-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, decided to purchase phiphones from “F” (hereinafter “K”); (b) around 02:00 on the same day, the Defendant kept KRW 600,000 from the first-story male toilet located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City L shopping center at around 02:0; and (c) after approximately 20 minutes, he/she carried the phiphones of the phiphones ( approximately 0.7ggggg) hidden by the winners of the above name.
After through “M”, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s residence, intended to sell philophonephones to persons without a name (hereinafter “N”), and received 600,000 won from the above person in the vicinity of the P hotel located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul at around 01:00 on the same day, the Defendant dried up the philophones volume ( approximately 0.7ggg) purchased as above.
Accordingly, the defendant is a narcotics handler.
