1. The Defendant’s KRW 103,985,722 and KRW 10,00,00 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from June 22, 2017 to October 11, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 103,985,722 and 10,000,000 won per annum from June 22, 2017 to October 11, 2017; 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment; 15% per annum from June 22, 2017 to October 11, 2017 to the date of full payment; 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment; and 15% per annum from June 22, 2017 to the date of full payment; and 15% per annum from the next day to October 22, 2017 to the date of full payment. It is so ordered as per Disposition.
