1. The Defendant’s KRW 194,386,143 and KRW 15,671,720 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 11% per annum from February 17, 2017 to June 5, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 11% per annum for KRW 194,386,143 and KRW 15,671,720 from February 17, 2017 to June 5, 2017; 15% per annum for KRW 39,818,456 from the following day to the date of full payment; and 15% per annum for KRW 15% per annum from February 17, 2017 to June 5, 2017; and from the following day to the date of full payment; and from February 17, 2017 to June 5, 2017, 15% per annum for KRW 11% per annum from February 17, 2017 to June 5, 2017 to the date of full payment; thus, the Defendant is also obligated to pay money as ordered.
