1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and KRW 10,000 among them, from March 6, 2006, and KRW 10,000 among them.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On November 21, 2007, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the agreed amount claim with the Suwon District Court Ansan Branch of 2007da27410, and filed a lawsuit against the Defendant, and on November 21, 2007, the judgment below confirmed that “the Defendant received damages for delay calculated on March 6, 2006 with respect to KRW 40,000,000 among the Plaintiff, and KRW 10,000,000 among them, from April 6, 2006, from KRW 10,000 among them, from May 6, 2006 to KRW 10,000 among them, from June 6, 2006 to July 12, 2007, and from KRW 20% per annum from the day following the day to day of full payment, and from time of the above decision to time of full payment.”

The Plaintiff has the interest in filing the instant lawsuit against the Defendant for the extension of the statute of limitations of claims based on the above final judgment.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000 and KRW 10,000 among them, KRW 10,000 from March 6, 2006, KRW 10,000 from among them, KRW 10,00 from April 6, 2006, KRW 10,000 from May 6, 2006, the remainder of KRW 10,000 from June 6, 2006 to July 12, 200, and KRW 5% per annum from June 6, 2006 to July 12, 2007, as the Plaintiff seeks, 20% per annum from the next day to September 30, 205, and KRW 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.
