1. The Defendant’s KRW 159,755,764 and KRW 20,00,00 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 11% per annum from March 25, 2017 to June 30, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 11% interest per annum from March 25, 2017 to June 30, 2017, 15% interest per annum from March 25, 2017 to June 30, 2017, 15% interest per annum from March 25, 2017 to June 30, 2017; 15% interest per annum from March 25, 2017 to June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2017; and 15% interest per annum from the following day to June 30, 200, 11% interest per annum from March 25, 2017 to June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2017; and 15% interest per annum from the following day to June 30, 2017 to June 31, 2007.
