A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. A. On June 11, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, around 20:49 on June 11, 2018, posted and stolen D stores managed by the victim C in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in a cresh in which the surveillance of the victim and other employees was neglected, and one set of 300 won at the market price.

B. On June 12, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, around 22:05 on June 12, 2018, placed in the said D shop, and stolen the pigs 13,000 won (60g) at the market by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the employees, such as the victim, was neglected.

2. The Defendant, as described in paragraph 1(b), committed a larceny.

After being exposed by C, the office listed on the second floor of the above store was asked by C, the employees E of the above store to compensate for the damaged goods that were stolen in the store during that period, and C to pay 2.3 million won as agreed money.

However, as the Defendant did not have economic ability to repay the above agreed amount, he reported to the effect that he/she prepared a letter of thief by assault C at the above office without any choice, and sentenced him/her to the theft of the Defendant.

On June 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) prepared a statement to the police officer G by stating that he/she was punished because he/she was forced to take a thief with his/her head in his/her place while she voluntarily surrenders himself/herself as a stolen suspect; (b) he/she was in his/her place in his/her office as a stolen offender; and (c) made a statement to the same effect on July 3, 2018, when he/she was investigated into a stolen suspect in his/her criminal and office.

However, the above facts merely stated that C would compensate the defendant for damage and did not assault the defendant.

As a result, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment.
