Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor in Seoul Western District Court for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on March 16, 2019. On June 14, 2019, the same court sentenced four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern Prison on October 29, 2019.

around 14:41 on December 15, 2019, the Defendant, “2019 Highest 4503”, was stolen by putting a brush amounting to KRW 49,000 in the market price where the victim manager D was displayed in a cresh, which is located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, in a cresh in which surveillance by the victim manager D was neglected.

around 16:32 on November 27, 2019, the Defendant stolen the said store E, the victim of Mapo-gu Seoul, with one electronic deposit system equivalent to 32,00 won at the market price, where he displayed a gap in the supervision over the said store E, which is a victim, in Mapo-gu Seoul, with one electronic deposit system.

Around November 7, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime: around 15:57 on November 7, 2019, around C stores managed by the victim E in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, with one spacker equivalent to KRW 49,000 at the market price displayed in the store using the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On November 23, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime around November 23, 2019: (a) around 18:56, around November 23, 2019, at the I store managed by the victim H on the first floor G underground located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with one earphone in an amount equivalent to KRW 79,000 in the market price displayed in the store by using the gaps in which surveillance by the victim H was neglected.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

On November 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 12:27, 2019, at the “M” store managed by the victim L of the K 11st floor in the Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul., the Defendant had two male walletss equivalent to KRW 1,528,000 in total of the market prices displayed in the store by using the gaps in which the surveillance between the victim and his employees was neglected.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
