A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has served in the filling team in C, and is not in a relationship with the victim D (n, 22 years of age).

1. Around 00:20 on April 24, 2013, the Defendant, at the drinking house called “F in permanent residence E”, went to the above company dormitory located at a distance of about 500 meters from the place of quasi-rape.
