Criminal facts

Defendant, entering the PC room, stolen computer parts, sold them on the Internet, and raised living expenses, etc.;

1. On March 9, 2019, around 20:08, at the PC operated by the victim C in the third floor of the building located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon. Around 2008, the entrance door was opened, and the door was intruded, and the door cover was opened with a computer with no locking device by means of any gaps in surveillance of E who is an employee, and the market price was cut off by 420,000 won in total owned by the victim, including 1060,000 won in market price, 1 1,060,000 won in traffic card (8G), 1,000,000 won in market price, and 30,000 won in total owned by the victim, including 42,00,00 won in market price.

2. On March 12, 2019, the Defendant entered the said PC in the manner described in paragraph (1) of the said Article, and cut off the computer parts equivalent to KRW 840,000 in total owned by the victim, including 1060,000,000 in each market price of KRW 3060,000,000, in the same way as in paragraph (1) of the said Article, using the gaps in which surveillance of E, who is an employee, was neglected.

3. At around 04:53 on March 14, 2019, the Defendant entered the said PC in the manner described in paragraph (1) of the said Article, and cut off the computer parts owned by each victim, such as 1060 / 1060 / 1060 / 8G, 2 / 90,000 / 30,000 each market price, and 840,000 / 10,000 / 10,000 / 30,000 of the market price, using the gap in the surveillance of E, who is an employee.
