A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 19, 2016, the Defendant, while running a D’D’ YF rocketing taxi in the vicinity of an elementary school located in the Jung-gu, YF YF YF Pool on the same day, was able to detect the victim E (here, 39 years of age) and to have sexual intercourse by taking advantage of the victim’s resistance impossible condition.
