On April 1, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on April 1, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 9, 2016, and is currently under the suspended sentence.

around June 16, 2016, the Defendant, as a member of the company working for D, “D” in Syang City, went home to “Gel” in F, which is located in F without permission during working hours, while engaging in a conflict with E, which is working for the workplace, at the aforementioned “D” factory.
