A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Three days of detention before this judgment is rendered shall be included in the above sentence.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, who conspired with B, misrepresented the representative director of E, and purchased a site where E,00 households can be constructed as an apartment in the acceptance of E, and concluded an apartment construction contract with L branch Construction, and made L branch Construction enter into a subcontract for civil engineering works with F, which is the Defendant’s punishment B, and the said completion was the same as the representative director of L branch Construction, and the said completion was the same as that of L branch Construction, and the said completion was able to re-subcontract the said apartment engineering works from L branch Construction to other companies.
