[2018 Highest 447] On February 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at around 03:35, the victim D’s “E” restaurant operated in Jeju-si; (b) at around 03:35, the Defendant: (c) destroyed a part of the building at night over eight times from February 17, 2018 to February 21, 2018; (d) breaking the door of the glass window corrected at the back of the restaurant; (e) putting the hand into the door by gathering the corrective device; and (e) went into the door by opening the windows; and (e) 50,700 won in cash in the market price of the victim’s possession on the Kacter; and (e) destroyed part of the building at night, or invaded another’s total property, or caused a theft at least KRW 358,500,000, as in the attached Table of Crimes.

[2018 Heights 876] - Night Larceny

1. Around 03:45 on February 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into a restaurant screen; and (b) collected money equivalent to KRW 6A, non-smoking first 2, and cash 30,000, in the market price of the victim’s possession in the Kabter Islands; and (c) stolen money deposited in the safe, 10,000 won, which was kept in custody.

2. On February 20, 2018, around 04:35, the Defendant came to a “K” restaurant operated by the International Victim J at Jeju, and opened an entrance and intruded into the cafeteria, and then stolen the cash owned by the victim, which is kept in the Kashter’s safe, with KRW 150,000,000.
