Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2014, around 21:15, the Defendant driven a B-learning vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.079% while under the influence of alcohol, from the roads in the Cheongju-ri Address Non-Road to the roads in the Yyang-ro 532-ro 7, Namyang-si, Namyang-si.
