On July 10, 2014, at around 20:34, the Defendant driven a B New EFn vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.141%, while under the influence of alcohol, on the road of approximately 3 km-ro 330 meters in Southern-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Namyang-si.
