Punishment of the crime

On October 5, 2014, around 21:48, the Defendant driven a b bargaining car under the influence of alcohol by 0.180% from a portion of approximately 6km alcohol concentration from the 1stm to the 1stm Eup/Eup/Myeon in Yangju to the peace of 722 Ka-ro in the city of the government.
