1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 580,377,460 and KRW 118,359,832, out of the said money.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On November 26, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a credit transaction agreement with Defendant A with the following contents, and Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed Defendant A’s obligation.
Loan subjects: 300,000,000 Loan Date: November 26, 2010: Interest rate: 5.08% interest rate of MOR base 5.08% per annum; 19% per annum
B. The Plaintiff and Defendant A increased the credit limit (limit) amount under the above credit transaction agreement, ① to KRW 700,000,000 on January 13, 201, ② to KRW 1,000,000 on November 26, 2012, respectively, and Defendant B guaranteed Defendant A’s debt each time of the above increase.
C. Based on the above credit transaction agreement, the Plaintiff provided loans to Defendant A as follows, and the accrued interest and overdue interest calculated as of December 18, 2017 are as follows:

According to the facts found as above, Defendant A is the principal debtor, and Defendant B is jointly and severally and severally a joint guarantor to the Plaintiff totaling to KRW 580,37,460 (= KRW 513,264,312, KRW 32,19, KRW 34,99, KRW 3413,419) and KRW 118,359,832 out of the said money according to the agreement sought by the Plaintiff, as to KRW 118,359,832 from December 19, 2017 until January 2, 2018, the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, from December 19, 2017 to January 2, 2018, KRW 14.48,500, KRW 168,480 per annum, from January 24, 2018 to January 12, 2017.
