1. As to KRW 780,293,190 and KRW 500,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 780,29,190 from March 21, 2019 to April 29, 2019.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff loaned each of the following money to the Defendant:

(1) On August 18, 2017, loans of KRW 510,00,00 on the date of loan, interest rate of November 16, 2018 on redemption, interest rate of KRW 5.51% on repayment, interest rate of KRW 8.51% on delayed interest rate of KRW 8.51% on loan date. ② February 5, 2018, loans of KRW 250,000,00 on repayment date, interest rate of February 2, 2019 on repayment date, interest rate of KRW 6.05% on February 5, 2018, interest rate of KRW 9.05% on overdue interest rate of KRW 350,00,000 on loan date ③ Interest rate of KRW 350,000 on loan date, interest rate of KRW 6.05% on repayment date, interest rate of overdue interest rate of KRW 9.05% on delayed interest rate of KRW 9.05% on repayment date.

B. The remaining principal and interest of each of the above loans as of March 20, 2019 are as follows:

According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of claim, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 780,293,190 won in total and 50,000,000 won in total and interest of the above principal and interest of the loan from March 21, 2019 to April 29, 2019, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case until April 29, 2019, the annual interest rate of 8.51% in interest of delayed agreement and 12% in each year as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
