1. As to KRW 38,280,205 and KRW 5,520,670 among the Plaintiff, Defendant A shall be from March 22, 2017 to the day of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap 1 through 3, 4 through 7, and each statement and pleading as to defendant Gap 1's claim (including Gap 1 to 3, 34 and 14) (including 5) (i) NH Capital Co., Ltd. 26, 2013, 36 months of loan, interest rate of 19.9% per annum, interest rate of 29.9% per annum, 29.9% per annum 17, 24 months of loan, interest rate of 23.9% per annum, 23.9% per annum, interest rate of 23.9% per annum, 23.9% per annum, and 36.9% of loan interest rate of 1 to the plaintiff (i.e., 36., 14) and interest rate of 25% per annum, and (ii) NH Capital Co. 2, Ltd. transferred the above loan claim to defendant Gap 2, 2016.

According to the above facts, Defendant A is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 38,280,205 (i.e., KRW 15,304,379 KRW 14,81,143) and 5,520,670 among the agreed overdue interest rates for KRW 29.9% per annum from March 22, 2017 to the date of full payment (i.e., the agreed overdue interest rate for KRW 33.9% per annum from March 22, 2017 to the date of full payment) for KRW 33.9% per annum from March 22, 2017 to the date of full payment (i.e., the agreed overdue interest rate for KRW 39% per annum from March 22, 2017 to the date of full payment).

The Plaintiff’s loan of NH Capital Co., Ltd. transferred on March 26, 2013 is KRW 8,407,080 or KRW 8,407,80 as of March 21, 2017.
