A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2008, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information of a sex crime who was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a crime of violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles from Sexual Abuse at Seoul Western District Court on November 30, 2008 and sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on November 7, 2008.

Where the basic personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit changed information to the head of a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date the reason for such change

Notwithstanding the registration of a passenger car with C investment vehicle around January 12, 2017 as owned by the defendant, the defendant did not submit the above changed information to the head of the Seoul Nowon Police Station having jurisdiction over the defendant's domicile within 20 days thereafter.

1. Article 50 (3) 2 and Article 43 (3) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes on the Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Selection of Imprisonment with prison labor);

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the suspended execution;
