A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 29, 2014, at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) found a woman-friendly room D residing in the front corridor No. 103, Ansan-si, Kadong-si, 2014; (b) but D did not open a door; (c) caused damage to the victim E-owned market price of KRW 80,000,000.
2. Performance of official duties, injury;
A. On March 29, 2014, at around 22:40, the Defendant was investigated by the police officer of the Ansan Police Station, who was reported at the top of the same building on 112, and dispatched to the scene, and was investigated by the police officer G of the Ansan Police Station, security guards H on the above property damage case, the Defendant: (a) sected him/herself into the said studio building and re-entered him/her into the said studio building; and (b) when he/she was forced from the slope G to stop it, the Defendant dumpted the flaps of the slope G and assaulted his/her left arms.
