1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 25, 2013, from around 21:00 to 22:00 of the same day, the Defendant found that he was under the influence of Pyeongtaek-si Company D with his work from around 21:3 to 22:00 of the same day, and obstructed his work by entering the first floor office of the above building, and entering a dormitory in the company after drinking, and entering the company with a view to 5 employees including victims E, including the victim E, who did not take any measures with respect to the aggravation of her shock in the state of drinking drinking, and interfered with the work of the employees working in the company after drinking, and entering the dormitory in the company after drinking.
