A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was punished by imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Incheon District Court on April 7, 2010, and the criminal records of narcotics other than those sentenced to eight months are three times more.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. On November 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around November 30, 2015, driven by the Defendant, parked in the Samsung Electronic Services D Center parking lot located in Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) sold approximately 2.4 grams of Meteppile (one penphone; hereinafter referred to as the “Meponon”); (c) 1.5 million won from E and purchased from F.

2. On December 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.03g of his/her own H-owned penphone into a single-use engine; (b) melted the Defendant’s arms in the Defendant’s arms on December 24, 2016, at around the bus stops located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

3. Crimes committed on January 9, 2017;

A. On January 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) requested K to request K to request writingphones in front of the J restaurant located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and (b) on the same day, K opened up KRW 4.50,00 won on the same day on the vehicle driven by a person who was parked in front of the J restaurant; and (c) on the same day, K opened the above KRW 4.55 million on the vehicle driven by a person who was parked in front of the J restaurant.

After that, the Defendant was driven by a person who was parked in front of a restaurant in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, on the same day, about 0.7 grams from the person who was in an influence of his name.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philopon from a person who is not his name through K.

B. On January 9, 2017, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 grams in the O toilets located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu N, Incheon, into a single-use injection machine, melting as water, and injected into the Defendant’s arms.
