Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment by the Incheon District Court on December 10, 2014 due to a violation of the Narcotics Control Act, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Detention Center on August 17, 2015, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. In September 2015, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C and 206, injected approximately 0.05 grams of Mepters (one philopon; hereinafter “Melopon”), a local mental medicine, into a single-use injection machine, and injected with water into the following arms.

B. The Defendant, around October 2015, injected approximately 0.05g opphones into a single-use injection machine at the places indicated in the above paragraph (a), and injected them into the subsequent arms after being melted with water.

On November 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) put about 0.05g opphones into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them into the following arms, from a car driven by F, parked in the vicinity of the E community service center located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

2. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1500,000,000 from F, upon the request of F to seek philopon from F in a car driven by F parked near H located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

On the same day, the Defendant, from a car driven by K located near the Jel located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I, set up about 150,000 won for the above 1.5 million won for the car driven by K with approximately 10g of opon from K and f with about 10g of opon for the above 10g of opon for the car driven by F.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between F and K.

3. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant purchased 1.5 gramphones from F to F with a vehicle driven by F parked in the vicinity of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan L, Nam-gu at a price of KRW 500,000,000,000 from F.

4. On November 27, 2015, the Defendant possession of philophonephones, on books located in N around 01:04, Chungcheongnam-dong, Nam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnamcheon-gu, and the above Defendant’s Australia money.
