Criminal facts

The facts constituting the cause of the medical care and custody [criminal records] Defendant and the person applying for the medical care and custody (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) were sentenced to one year of imprisonment on April 10, 2015 for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Support for the Magwon Ngwon Ngwon, and on January 14, 2016, a female prison was sentenced to seven times of the previous crimes of narcotics in addition to the completion of the execution of the above sentence in a female prison.

1. Receipt and delivery of mert cancers;

A. On January 15, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.2g g of Meteptop clopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from D, which is a local mental medicine, from D, on the vehicle driven by D parked on the road front of the Ctimelop in Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon.

B. Around 15:00 on January 18, 2016, the Defendant received approximately 1g fopon from F, a car driven by F parked on the front of the e-mail in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, with approximately 1g fopon.

2. On January 15, 2016, the Defendant administered a total of about 10 gopphones from the car driven by D, which was parked on the road front of the C-dong Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon, with approximately 0.1g of opopon into a single-use injection machine, which was melted with water, and then injected into the Defendant’s arms, until January 21, 2016, including from the time until January 21, 2016, a total of 10 gopon, such as written in the list of crimes.

3. Purchasing phiphones;

A. On January 17, 2016, the Defendant, at H’s house located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, around 16:00, sold KRW 900,00 to H, 90,000 to H, and 5g philopon from H.
