1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 378,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from December 20, 2006 to August 22, 2008, and thereafter.

In this case where the plaintiff filed a claim against the defendant for damages against this court 2007Gahap7323, Aug. 22, 2008, "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 378,000,000 won with 5% per annum from December 20, 2006 to August 22, 2008, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment," the above judgment became final and conclusive on September 17, 2008, but since the extinctive prescription of the above judgment was expired, the above judgment is sought as the disposition of this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
