Around May 2008, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 85 million to the Defendant and the notary public prepared a notarial deed under C/C No. 102 with respect to this, but the Defendant did not repay the above loan and the extinctive prescription of the above notarial deed is imminent, so the Defendant is demanding the payment of the above loan to the Defendant in order to interrupt the extinctive prescription. 2.
