1. The defendant shall pay 287,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 22, 2008 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff on July 12, 1998 lent KRW 340,000,000 to the defendant on July 12, 1998, but did not receive KRW 287,00,000 among them.
Accordingly, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant for loans 2008Gahap343, April 17, 2008 and the judgment was finalized on May 21, 2008, but the above judgment was finalized on May 21, 2008. However, since the completion of extinctive prescription of the above judgment is imminent, the plaintiff filed the same judgment as the order of this case for the extension of extinctive prescription.
