1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act is the same as the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the addition of "F and D's father, the defendant is F's children and D's children, the plaintiff and the defendant are the deadly related children," and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
