The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is that the "Evidence Nos. 1 and 2 of the judgment of the court of first instance" in Part 7 of the judgment of the court of second instance is "Evidence Nos. 1 and 2 of the judgment of the court of second instance" and the "the above" in Part 14 of the judgment of the court of second instance is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
