Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who is engaged in driving of E 25t car trucks, and Defendant B is a person who is engaged in driving of F 15t dump trucks, respectively.

The Defendants, around 10:45 on June 26, 2016, operated each of the above vehicles on the side of the Seopo-ri, Seopo-ri, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and Seopo-si, Seopo-si, in order to remove the goods to Defendant A, the Defendants left the vehicle on the two-lane road in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si.

In this case, the driver of a vehicle who intends to stop on the road has a duty of care to stop the vehicle at the right edge of the roadway so that it does not interfere with other traffic and prevent the accident in advance.
