Punishment of the crime

[Defendant A] around 16:40 on January 30, 2012, Defendant A: (a) installed a vehicle in front of the entrance of the public-military complex tourist port construction project team in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si; and (b) prevented the above vehicle from moving for about 15:20 minutes; (c) obstructed the construction work of Samsung C&T and Daepo-si, a construction company, by installing a vehicle in front of the G ready-mixed vehicle to enter the construction site; and (d) preventing the above vehicle from moving for about 15:20 minutes.

1. Defendant A’s general traffic obstruction: (a) with a view to preventing the transportation of blasting powders for blasting work against the term “Gurumf for the construction work of the complex tourist port in the private-military,” Defendant: (b) around March 14:10, 2012, Defendant A parked the said road on the road at a point of 300 meters north from the entrance of Jeju Powders Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Seoul-si”), located at 178 in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-gu, Jeju-si, Inc. (hereinafter “Seoul-si”), and obstructed the passage of the said road by blocking the passage of the car by leaving the door with the key, thereby blocking the passage of the public’s land access.

2. On March 6, 2012, Defendants B and C interfered with general traffic, at a point of 100 meters south from the entrance of Jeju District Co., Ltd., Ltd. at a point of 14:50 meters south (two meters wide). Defendant B and C opened the door of a vehicle for about one hour for a police officer to prevent police officers from moving their vehicles, which installed the said road across the street, and opened the said road within the I Abdod HD car, and thus, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the passage of the vehicle by preventing the passage of the land for public use.

3. Defendant D’s obstruction of business, unlawful use of a vehicle, and violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) Defendant: (a) around 15:30 on March 6, 2012; (b) around the place indicated in paragraph (2) of this Article; and (c) during the operation of linking the said vehicle with the towing vehicle by getting off the vehicle at the driver’s seat while driving the vehicle at the time after having arrived at the scene in order to tow the said I vehicle at the police’s request; and (d) during the operation of linking the said vehicle at the driver’s seat without a special driver’s license.
