1. Of the 2,648 square meters prior to Gangseo-si, the Defendant has each point indicated in the attached Table 38,39,40,41,42,37, and 38, respectively, on the part of the Plaintiff.

The real estate indicated in the order is owned by the plaintiff, and the defendant owns a warehouse on the ground of 3 square meters of the part of the remedy for damages on the ship connecting each point of 3 square meters among the above real estate owned by the plaintiff in sequence of 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 37, and 38, and the fact that it connects each point of 1,39, 38, and 1 in sequence of the same drawing indication 1, 39, 38, and 9 square meters is not disputed between the parties, or is recognized by the result of the verification by this court and the result

Therefore, the defendant is obliged to remove the above ground warehouse to the plaintiff, and the land and the ship (b) and deliver the part to the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
